Service Description
Upcoming Dates: January 30th, February 27th, and March 27th 2026 Enjoy a a soothing Sound Bath Yin, with gentle massage and blissful acoustics, by Cayla, Sarah and musician Andy Eleuterio (of BlackSuitDevil). This nourishing experience invites you to slow the body, quiet the mind, and soften the nervous system through long held, supported postures. As you settle in, waves of healing sound from crystal bowls, chimes, and guitar will gently wash over you, helping to release stored tension and bring the body back into balance. This event includes gentle hands-on massage (always optional!) and guided meditation. Suitable for all levels, no prior experience required.
