Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is great for beginners because of its moderate pace. Postures are held for longer but the pace allows for adjustment. You have time to figure out, settle in, and breathe.  Hatha can be adjusted to any level.

Offered in Hot.

2

Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga is the happy medium between Hatha and Vinyasa. The class moves as a pace between the two styles, and the postures are held for longer than Vinyasa, but shorter than Hatha. Flow Yoga is an excellent option for those looking to intensify the physical aspect of their practice.

Offered in Hot.

3

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is characterized best as linking each movement to the breath, creating a dynamic and often faster-paced class. Depending on the teacher, your Vinyasa class may be relaxing or very intense. Excellent to build strength, endurance, and of course, mindfulness.

Offered in Hot.

4

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a soothing practice that focuses on mobility, flexibility, and relaxation all at once. This style is great for beginners, those with injuries or anyone looking to add variety and rest to their practice.

Offered in Non-Hot.

5

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a class for everyone. Postures are supported fully by blankets, bolsters, eye pillows and other props designed to bring on deep rest. If you haven't added a regular Restorative class to your practice, this is your sign!

Offered in Non-Hot.

6

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a deeply relaxing but mentally challenging practice. Yin postures are held upward of 3 minutes at a time, creating opportunities to access deep fascial tissue as well as deep emotional hold-outs. You will leave class feeling relaxed, stretched, and calm.

Offered in Reduced Heat.
