Service Description
Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practiced lying down that invites the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware. Through breath awareness, body sensing, and visualization, the nervous system softens, stress patterns unwind, and the body’s natural healing response is supported. What to expect: You’ll be fully supported in a comfortable, reclined position with blankets and props. The practice is entirely passive and you may drift between wakefulness and sleep. You'll leave feeling grounded, restored, and deeply calm. No experience is necessary.
