Service Description

Join Jill and Sarah at BOUND for an afternoon of healing and self-discovery with a side order of fun as you engage all your senses in a session focused on wonderful you. We will guide you on a journey of inner work through breathing techniques, meditation, Tibetan singing bowls and goal-setting prompts to create your very own vision board that reflects the unique being that you are. Whether you are 18 or 81, or somewhere in between, we Welcome All to Be at BOUND. Come solo, grab a friend or partner. Dress comfortably, bring an open mind.
