Usui Reiki Level 1

Service Description

PREREQUISITE: NONE // SPOTS LIMITED TO 6 ​ In REIKI LEVEL 1, you will be introduced to the basics of the Usui Reiki Energy. We will focus on the history of Usui Reiki, the five principles of Reiki, the three degrees of Reiki, and Reiki ethics. There will be discussion on the chakra system, what energy is, and how it moves through the body and clears blockages. We will practice how to do self-treatments and treatments on others. You will receive a Reiki manual, an attunement to Reiki Level 1, and certification of completion that is needed to move on to level 2. Learning Reiki Level 1 does not mean you need to become a Reiki practitioner or continue on to the Master Level.
