Soundbath Meditation

Service Description

Come and enjoy one hour of soothing sound along with a guided meditation. Instruments include singing bowls both Tibetan and crystal, chimes, and a rain stick. This class is beneficial for those looking to increase self awareness, decrease stress, and gain a new perspective by freeing up energetic space.
