Service Description
Bound Flow is as unique as its participants! Lovingly and artfully planned Vinyasas woven gracefully with traditional & modern Yoga. Like all Yoga, modifications will be offered and encouraged. During savasana, an optional fresh towel is offered. Props offered -cork blocks -straps -sanitizer
